CPHS Football Players Strength & Conditioning and Summer Practices

For football players entering grades 9-12.  The Strength and Conditioning program will focus on improving overall speed, agility, strength and conditioning.  EMPHASIS on perfecting the techniques in lifting, running, agility and plyometrics.  the program focuses on creating or enhancing explosiveness for all athletes in all sports and at all levels.

Middle School Strength & Conditioning

Students/Athletes of all sports will be introduced to skills that improve their overall physical strength and cardiovascular fitness.  EMPHASIS will be on perfection of techniques in running, weight lifting, agility and plyometrics.  The program focuses on creating or enhancing explosiveness for athletes in all sports and at all levels.

Non Football Players- Summer Strength & Conditioning Program

Champlin Park Rebels Youth Football Camp

CPHS Rebels Football Youth Camp is back for 2024.  This is an opportunity to learn from the CPHS Rebels football team and coaches.  Football camp is held in the CPHS Rebels Stadium.
