Football Strength & Conditioning

For football players entering grades 9-12.  This program is aimed at improving overall physical strength and cardiovascular fitness. Emphasis will be on perfection of techniques in lifting, running, agility, and plyometrics. The program focuses on creating or enhancing explosiveness for athletes in all sports and at all levels.  Mondays-Thursdays in June to August.

Middle School Strength & Conditioning

For particpants entering grades 6-8.  This program is aimed at improving overall physical strength and cardiovascular fitness. Emphasis will be on perfection of techniques in lifting, running, agility, and plyometrics. The program focuses on creating or enhancing explosiveness for athletes in all sports and at all levels.  Mondays-Thursdays in June to July.
