Football Strength & Conditioning

For football players entering grades 9-12 in 2019.  This program is aimed at improving overall physical strength and cardiovascular fitness. Emphasis will be on perfection of techniques in lifting, running, agility, and plyometrics. The program focuses on creating or enhancing explosiveness for athletes in all sports and at all levels.  Mondays-Thursdays in June and July.

Intro to Strength & Conditioning

For athletes entering grades 6-8 in 2019.  This program introduces students to skills that improve their overall physical strength and cardiovascular fitness. Emphasis will be on perfection of techniques in lifting, running, agility, and plyometrics. The program focuses on creating or enhancing explosiveness for athletes in all sports and at all levels. Mondays-Thursdays in June and July.


Youth Football Camp

Offensive and defensive fundamentals will be highlighted at this 4-day, non-contact camp open to all interested athletes entering grades K-8 in fall of 2019. This camp features individual teaching time, which is lead by Champlin Park varsity coaches and varsity players. Workout clothing will be required (shorts, t-shirt, and football cleats or other appropriate footwear). No helmets or pads will be needed. If you can’t make it every day because of other sports, please contact me and let’s try to work something out so that we can see your player for the days they can make it. All players will receive a camp T-Shirt. July 2019.
