Football Strength & Conditioning

For football players entering grades 9-12 in 2019.  This program is aimed at improving overall physical strength and cardiovascular fitness. Emphasis will be on perfection of techniques in lifting, running, agility, and plyometrics. The program focuses on creating or enhancing explosiveness for athletes in all sports and at all levels.  Mondays-Thursdays in June to August.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All players will need cleats and their own water bottle. WATER CANNOT BE supplied due to COVID-19.

For all non-football players entering grades 9-12 in 2020.  This program is aimed at improving overall physical strength and cardiovascular fitness. Middle School Strength & Conditioning

For particpants entering grades 6-8 in 2020.  This program is aimed at improving overall physical strength and cardiovascular fitness. Emphasis will be on perfection of techniques in lifting, running, agility, and plyometrics. The program focuses on creating or enhancing explosiveness for athletes in all sports and at all levels.  Mondays-Thursdays in June to July.


Youth Football Camp

Due to COVID-19 we are still working on logistics in order to run this program. Please stay tuned as more information will be coming in the next couple of weeks.
