Strength and Conditioning:
Who: All Football players (Going into 9th -12th grade in the fall of 2022) 

When:  Monday, Wednesday and Friday starting, June 13th and going until August 5th (No sessions 7/4-7/10)
7:30–9:30 am  – 11th & 12th graders start in the weight room, 9th & 10th graders start on stadium turf.
 

11 Football Practices:

Who:  9th graders

When:  Tue and Thursday Mornings 7:30-9:30 AM, 6/13-7/28 (No practice 7/4-7/10)

Who:  10th-12th graders

When: 

6/6 - Practice #1 3:45-5:45 PM
6/7 - Practice #2 3:00-5:00 PM
6/8 - Practice #3 3:00-5:00 PM
6/21 - Practice #4 7:30-9:30 AM
6/23 - Practice #5 7:30-9:30 AM
6/28 - Practice #6 8:00-9:00 AM, Scrimmage w/Andover 9:00-10:30 AM
7/19 - Practice #7 7:30-9:30 AM
7/21 - Practice #8 7:30-9:30 AM
7/26 - Practice #9 7:30-9:30 AM
7/27 - Practice #10 7:30-9:30 AM
7/28 - Scrimmage 9 AM @ Park High School vs Park, Tartan and Centennial

IMPORTANT NOTE: All players will need cleats, mouth guard and their own water bottle. 

 

Equipment handout:  Monday 6/6 (Must be registered to pick up equipment)

12th Grade:  2:30 PM

11th Grade:  2:50 PM

10th Grade:  3:10 PM

Additional Information
The Strength and Conditioning program will focus on improving overall speed, agility, strength and conditioning.  Emphasis will be on perfection of techniques in lifting, running, agility, and plyometrics.  The program focuses on creating or enhancing explosiveness for athletes in all sports and at all levels.
