Football Summer Strength and Conditioning and Football Practice
Strength and Conditioning:
Who: All Football players (Going into 9th -12th grade in the fall of 2021) 

When:  Monday, Wednesday and Friday starting, June 14th and going until August 6th (No sessions 7/3-7/11)
7:30–9:30 am  – 11th & 12th graders start on the football fields, 9th & 10th graders start in the weight room

11 Football Practices:

Who:  9th-10th graders

When:  Tue and Thursday Mornings 7:30-9:30 AM, 6/15-7/29 (No practice 7/3-7/11)

Who:  11th-12th graders

When:  Monday Nights 6-8 PM (6/14, 6/21, 6/28)

Tuesday 6/29 - Joint practice with Andover @ Andover HS 9-11 AM

Tuesday and Thursday Mornings 7:30-9:30 AM, 7/13-7/29


IMPORTANT NOTE: All players will need cleats, mouth guard and their own water bottle. 


Equipment handout:  Sunday 6/13 (Must be registered to pick up equipment)

12th Grade:  6:00 PM

11th Grade:  6:30 PM

10th Grade:  7:00 PM

9th Grade:  7:30 PM

Online registration only, Cost: $120 (T-shirt included). 

Additional Information
The Strength and Conditioning program will focus on improving overall speed, agility, strength and conditioning.  Emphasis will be on perfection of techniques in lifting, running, agility, and plyometrics.  The program focuses on creating or enhancing explosiveness for athletes in all sports and at all levels.
