Football Summer Strength and Conditioning and Football Practice
Strength and Conditioning:
Who: All Football players (Going into 9th -12th grade in the fall of 2023) 

When:  Monday, Wednesday and Friday starting, June 12th and going until August 3rd (No sessions 7/3 - 7/7)
7:30–9:30 am  – 11th & 12th graders start in the weight room, 9th & 10th graders start on stadium turf.
 

11 Football Practices:

When:  Tue and Thursday Mornings 7:30-9:30 AM, 6/12 - 7/28 (No practice 7/3 - 7/7)

IMPORTANT NOTE: All players will need cleats, mouth guard and their own water bottle. 

 

Equipment handout:  Monday 6/12 @ 9:00 am (Must be registered to pick up equipment)

Staff:  Champlin Park High School Football Coaches 

Online registration only, Cost: $150 (T-shirt included). 

Additional Information
The Strength and Conditioning program will focus on improving overall speed, agility, strength and conditioning.  Emphasis will be on perfection of techniques in lifting, running, agility, and plyometrics.  The program focuses on creating or enhancing explosiveness for athletes in all sports and at all levels.
