In March, Champlin Park High School and Football Team hosted the 2018 USAPL Minnesota Men's State meet.   The Men's state meet was a tremendous success due to the efforts of many talented, dedicated people that simply are passionate about the sport of power lifting.  One of those people, Callistus Schissel, was instrumental in bringing the meet to Champlin Park.  With  volunteers from the football team, $2000 was raised for our football program!

A big thanks to the following people and entities:  Champlin Park High School for allowing us to host the event, to the numerous student athletes who worked on the platforms all day, and to Callistus Schissel and his sons for all their hard work with set-up, tear-down, and spotting and loading!
